Power of Atty filed in Monroe Co. Ind, Sept 1887: To all whom these presents may come Mr. Lewis Walden, John McDaniel and Mary Ann his wife late Mary Ann Walden of the County of Monroe in the State of Indiana and James Burch and Sarah Burch his wife and late Sarah Walden of the County of Greene in the state aforesaid. The aforesaid Lewis Walden Mary Ann McDaniel and Sarah Burch being children and heirs at law of Rachael Waulden (sic) deceased late Rachael Noe daughter of Mary Ann Noe of the county of Lee in the State of Virginia who was the sister & one of the legal heirs of Zephaniah Tennis [Dennis] decd late of Patrick County in the State of Virginia send greeting.... etc.
