Research Notes
Pat Pennington Jr, the grandson of Eunice wrote in WikiTree G2G asking how to correct the death date [5] He explained "My mother is Josephine Chain Pennington, the daughter of Eunice Dilmore Chain. Her mother died in 1943 not 1941, my mother was born March 4, 1942 and her mother died in 1943".
After reviewing the headstone the year appears to be 1946 not 1941, but the grandson said she died in 1943. I was not able to locate an obituary for Eunice. Bishop-4082 21:06, 17 May 2017 (EDT)
Received email today from her daughter, who cleared up her death date. Bishop-4082 05:29, 20 February 2021 (UTC)
