Mr. Albert E. Dilmore

Mr. Albert E. Dilmore, 70, died Sept. 28 at Simpson General Hospital in Mendenhall. The Simpson County native was a member of First Baptist Church. Mendenhall and was a retired farmer and plumber.

Funeral services were conducted Friday, Sept. 30 at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church Mendenhall, with Rev. Hueston Adkins officiating. Upton Funeral Home in Mendenhall was in charge of arrangements and burial was at Mendenhall Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mildred Dilmore, Mendenhall; 2 sons, Mike Dilmore, Pearl; Harold Dilmore, Nashville, Tenn.; 2 daughters, Mrs. Wanda Scarbrough, Gainesville, Ga.; Mrs. Linda Patz, Jamacia: 1 brother, Mr. Walter Dilmore, Batesville; 2 sisters, Mrs. Irene Palmer, Mendenhall and Mrs. Letha Craft, Utica.

Active Pallbearers were James Price, Frank Thames, Willie Ray Thames. James "Shorty" May, Ed White and Garland Reed.
