William (Douglas) Douglas IInd of Drumlanrig is a member of Clan Douglas.

Sir William Douglas was a member of the aristocracy in British Isles.

Sir William Douglas, 2nd of Drumlanrig, was the son of Sir William Douglas, 1st of Drumlanrig and Elizabeth Stewart. [1][2][3]

He married Jane Maxwell, daughter of Sir Herbert de Maxwell and Katherine Stewart.[4][2][3] They had issue:

  1. William Douglas, 3rd of Drumlanrig[4][2][3] - born 1440, died 1464

He also had a natural daughter of whose name is unknown.

William died in 1458.[2][3]
