Julia was born in 1880. She was the daughter of Polly Strickland and Henry Douglas. In 1880, the family was living in Waycross, Ware County, Georgia.[1]
Julia married Jame Keightly Strickland in Pierce County, Georgia, in 1901.[2]
She passed away in 1930. Burial was in the High Bluff Cemetery in Hoboken, Brantley County, Georgia.[3]
