Dowell-807 and Dowell-88 appear to represent the same person because: Same dates and spouse.
Duplicate of Dowell-807

Dowell-750 and Dowell-88 appear to represent the same person because: Identical birth data, same spouse, same parents (but duplicate profiles need to be merged), several matching children.

There seems to be a discrepancy of a few years in the death date, but since neither profile has a source for the death, that's not a reason to doubt that these are the same person. The merged profile can document both unsourced death dates.
