According to a book by Susan Whitney Dimock, Zaccheus Downer of Sharon, married Bethiah Brigham of Coventry in January of 1782 in Coventry, Connecticut. The couple was married in the First Church of Coventry.

There is also an index to Vermont vital records that shows Zacheus Downer marrying Beliah of Coventry on January 30, 1782 by Rev. Joseph Kenttington in Sharon, Vermont.

I’ve come across Zaccheus Towner who Surveyed the Queensbury Patent for the proprietors in 1762/63. There were several Towner families in Northern Vermont before 1800. See [1]
