William Drake married Louisa Bess [Louisa Biss] on 14 Apr 1861 at St Giles without Cripplegate, London.[2] The marriage was registered in East London in the second quarter of the year.[3]
William and Louisa had seven children:

In 1861 William Drake (age 19, Bricklayers Labourer) lived at Wilson Place in St Pancras with his mother Anna (60) and wife Louisa (21).[4]
In 1871 William Drake (age 29, Painter) lived at Gray's Inn Lane in St Pancras with his wife Louisa (31) and four children: James (7), William (4), Ann (2), and Kate (0).[5]
William's wife passed away in 1875.
