Biography
Jeremia was born to Johannes Dubois and his wife, Rebecca Tappen. He was baptized 1748 January 17th with his cousin, Maria de Wit, and his cousin's husband, Benjamin Maste, as witnesses [1].
Jeremia was married 1770 October 18th to Catriena Masten [2]. Their children are Johannes [3], Benjamin [4], and Mareitje [5].
As a couple they witnessed the baptisms of Catharina Persen [6], her nephew, Benjamin Masten [7], and their grandson, Jeremiah Duboys [8].
