Biography
When Martha Louise Duckworth was born on May 23, 1922, in Abbeville, South Carolina, her father, William, was 33, and her mother, Eula, was 37.[1] She had four brothers and three sisters and was the wife of William Pinckney Cavin (1925–2000). She died on October 2, 1996,[2] in Spartanburg, South Carolina, at the age of 74, and was buried there.[3]
