Biography

Elisha Duvall was born circa 1760, in Queen Anne's Parish, Prince George's county, Maryland, the son of Samuel Duval(l) and Mary (Higgins) Duval. [1]

On June 17, 1785, in Prince George's County, Elisha Duvall married Rachell Belt. [2]

Elisha and Rachell were the parents of one daughter, Sophia Duvall, who married James Marriott. Elisha did not live to see his daughter reach maturity, however. He died prior to 1787, when his wife married secondly, John Lucas.
