Biography

Sarah was born December 12, 1765 in Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland, Maine to Henry Dyer and Elizabeth Simonton.

She married Joseph Sawyer in Cape Elizabeth, Maine on 3 Nov 1786.[1]

She died December 18, 1804 in Steuben, Washington, Maine, United States of America and is buried in Steuben Village Cemetery, Steuben, Washington County, Maine, USA[2][3][4][5]

She was a Mayflower Descendant from John Howland AND Stephen Hopkins

Note

Was Jos. Sawyer's first wife.
Their children from Ephraim Dyer Genealogy. His reference Desc. of Edward Small by Lora Underhill but she only said Sarah married Joseph Sawyer and had 10 children. Elizabeth/Betsey was listed as the second children, no dates for any of them.
