Grandma was small in stature and wore the traditional Quaker clothing, long dresses and black bonnet. She spoke using thee, and thou. We always looked forward to her home made tomato soup with her baked whole grain bread. She was a blessed soul and missed her husband when he died as she followed him in the same month of May 1970.
