Biography

William Edwin Elliott was born in 1852.

He married Ida Lenora Mills on 19 Dec 1873 in Cuyahoga, Ohio[1]. William's daughter Nettie May Elliott was born 1 May 1878 in Elgin, Kane, Illinois[2].

In 1880[3], William (29) and Ida (26) lived in Elgin, Kane County, Illinois with their daughters Pearl (4) and Nettie (2). William worked at a watch factory. William's daughter Leah Floss Elliott was born 4 Jun 1885 in Kane, Illinois[4].

William's daughter Ida Pearl Elliott married Laverne Isaac Dolph in Oct 1899 in Kane County, Illinois. Laverne was a son of Thirsa and Isaac Dolph[5].

In 1900[6], William (50) and Ida (46) lived in Elgin with their daughters Nettie M (22), Leah F (15), Irene P Dolph (24), and their son-in-law Vern I Dolph (22). William's daughter Leah F Elliott married Nelson E Buck in May 1903 in Oswego, Kendall, Illinois, USA. Nelson was a son of Josephine and Edgar Buck[7]. William's daughter Leah Floss Elliott married Harold A Dolph in Feb 1907 in Kane, Illinois. Harold was a son of Isaac and Thus Dolph[8].

In 1910[9], William E (59) and Ida M (55) lived in Elgin, Kane County, Illinois with their daughter Leah F Dolph (24), son-in-law Harold A Dolph (24), and grandsons Willis E Dolph (2) and Newell C Dolph (0).

He passed away before 1951.
