Jane (Elliott) Butler was born in Essex, England.
Jane (Elliott) Butler migrated from England to Virginia.
Jane hardly could have done this, as she wasn't born yet - this Elizabeth is not our Jane Elliot: [An] Elizabeth Butler was among 16 Women waiting on Mary Queen of Scots during her imprisonment in England (circa Apr 1567)... Elizabeth Butler, laundress, Citing: Index to a Who’s Who of Tudor Women.

Thank you to Gail Willard for creating WikiTree profile Elliott-2078 through the import of 85i8r3_66786307rdi3kl35282812.ged on May 2, 2013.
PROB 11/203/633, Will of Jane Boteler, widow of Fryerning, Essex, 21 March 1648/9 (written 13 November 1648)
Mentions daughters Jane, Sarah, Cressett, Elizabeth (Claiborne) & Martha and son Thomas (also granddaughter Sarah Smith, possibly daughter of Ursula??)
This profile would benefit from some work on the sources and inline citations -- for example, what does "7. Source:" refer to, and what page numbers are being cited in the other inline citations? The generic citations to Ancestry.com or to the Millenium Files are not considered Reliable Sources for Southern Colonies Project profiles, so we need to try to replace those with the underlying reliable sources if they exist. Are one of the profile managers and/or others interested in this profile willing to take a crack at it?
Elliot-588 and Elliott-200 appear to represent the same person because: This is the wife of a profile I'm working on - I have not researched whether her name should have one t or two (or something else), but the Visitations image shows Eliott (see image attached to Boteler-4). Richardson shows her as "Elliott (or Eliot)" (Magna Carta Ancestry, volume I, p 220 BLETSOE). Currently, Elliott is protected (see the G2G question posted from her profile). If you feel strongly something other than Elliott should be her LNAB, please postpone the merge & comment to https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/799468/jane-elliott-profile-needs-a-project-to-support-ppp
Re: Newlenchall (birth location). Richardson's Royal Ancestry (I:386) says her father is "of Newland, Essex". Information in the bibliography includes both Newlandhall and Newland Hall. (Same in Magna Carta Ancestry - see page 220).
