16 Feb 1832 - James sells land for $150 to Enoch P. Sherman. Sandwich, N.H. [4]

26 Apr 1832 - James granted Timothy Hussey (most likely Ruths brother) a mortgage in Dover. There is a clause in the deed/mortgage. Dover, N.H. [5]

Death: Ruth his wife is listed as a widow in 1838. [6]
