Question: Isn't Thomas' mother supposed to be [Sarah Unknown-276079]? Not Ann Grant who is actually married to Robert Emerson on the "other Thomas Emerson" family line.
The Thomas Emerson who married "Phillip[a] Perkins" 20 Nov 1685 was a son of Nathaniel of Ipswich, born "1671," according to 2 Emerson sources (1 & 2). A 1671 birth, leaving out the fact that it means Thomas married at age 14, suggests that his mother could not be Sarah (Unknown) since she died in 1670.
Adding to the confusion, the current date and place of birth cited here, 4 Jun 1662, Haverhill, apparently belongs to "Thomas of Robert Emerson" per the Haverhill Birth Record.
Please feel free to edit as best you see fit. I am not actively doing WFT research pre-1700 but do not leave profiles as orphans.
Or am I wrong??
