DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with John by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with John:

The above information was compiled with coordination of several John England researchers. The biggest question I have is who was John's mother and was he the son who was brought with the first wife from Ireland? If anyone has additional information, I'd love to see what you have.

I see there are only 4 children on this profile. I have been researching my Ezekiel England and thought for sure John and Jane were the parents. Are there more children that just can't be proven? Thanks. John.
