Dorothy Ennis Schultz died at the White Oak Manor Nursing Home in York, South Carolina. She was 77. She was the daughter of James and Eva Hettman Ennis. She lived most of her life in Lambertville and in the Pennington-Titusville areas before moving to York four years before she died. She served in the Navy WAVES (Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service) from 1943-45. She worked as a secretary for the State of New Jersey for 10 years. Mrs. Schultz was a former member of St. John the Evangelist Church in Lambertville. Her husband, Warren Schultz Jr., died in 1984. She is survived by a son, two daughters, three brothers, Raymond Ennis and Robert Ennis, both of Lambertville, and Eugene Ennis of Flagler Beach, Fla., and six grandchildren. Her obituary was published in the Hunterdon County Democrat on March 18, 1999.
