Lena Berry, daughter of Anna (Fail) and Henry Moore, died 19 Jun 2001 at age 95, in Newark, Licking, Ohio. Death was registered at a long-term care facility where she was residing. She was a widow, and is cited as African American. Birthdate: 28 Jan 1906, in Alabama.

Lena Moore married Vivian Berry 25 Sept 1922, in Newark (Licking County) Ohio. Her son William and her daughters Vivian V. and Barbara Jean married in the same town, in 1946 and 1950 and 1953 respectively.
