Elizabeth Fellows was born in 1685 in Ipswich, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Ephraim Fellows and his second wife, who was born Anna (Anne) Cross.[1]
She married Henry Stephens on March 2, 1709 (old style date is March 2, 1708/9) in Plainfield, Connecticut.[2] By 1715 she and her husband had removed to Stonington, Connecticut, where he was born. [3] Elizabeth was admitted to the church in North Stonington, Connecticut, on June 16, 1741.[4]
