Biography

Julia Jackson Fickle was born on 15 July 1894 in Washington County, Virginia, the oldest of three children and the older of two daughters of William and Martha Prickett Fickle.
On 20 September 1915, when she was twenty-one, she died, probably in Washington County, of diabetes, before insulin had been discovered.
She is buried in East Hill Cemetery, Bristol, Washington County, Virginia.[1]
