Maddalena Finocchio is a Corleone native resident, the daughter of Vincenzo and Laura Finocchio.[1]
I have estimated Maddalena is around twenty years old when she marries for the first time, in 1681.
Maddalena marries at least twice, first to Giovanni di Franco on 23 November 1681.[1]
Maddalena remarries three years later, to Vincenzo Mondello, on 24 September 1684. Maddalena's parents' names do not appear in this record. She is identified as Maddalena, the widow of Giovanni di Franco.[2]
Vincenzo and Maddalena have at least three children: Teresa (c. 1690), Antonino (c. 1694), and Giuseppe (c. 1717).
I estimate Teresa is 20 when she marries.
I estimate Antonino is 30 when he marries.
Teresa marries a Majuri whose name might be Mariano (it is obscured by mold) on 28 December 1710. Her parents are both living.[3]
I estimate Giuseppe is born around 1717, twenty years before he marries.
Antonino marries Giovanna Sanfilippo, a widow, on 11 February 1722. Vincenzo has died by this time, and Maddalena is living.[4]
Giuseppe marries Vincenza d'Alfonzo on 24 November 1737. Maddalena has died by this time.[5]
Death
Open issue: There is a church record for Maddalena Mondello who dies at the reported age of 80 after receiving last rites in July 1736. Her parents nor any spouses are mentioned. She is buried at the Convento PP Reformatorum.[6]
