No records found for Eleanor Firnssler Boltz on July 21 2018
Research Notes
Clearly there is a family tradition that Michael Boltz's wife was named Firnssler. The Boltz family and the Firnssler families lived near each other in South Central Pennsylvania. Other reseachers and I have been unable to find documentation for Eleanor Veronica Firnssler in various records. Of course, that doesn't prove anything. There is positive evidence developed by Ed Wevodau , however, that Veronica's name was Meyer. [1] . Perhaps the Firnssler tradition developed because Veronica was a young widow, previously married to a Firnssler, when she married Michael Boltz. Based on this I have given up trying to connect Veronica to the Firnssler family.
