Name

The name Inoquer is a corruption of the birth order name, Hīnū́gā, "First Daughter."

Lineage

Steven Mack said in an affidavit, "the Said Inoquer Hononegah is a full blood Winnebago Woman; her mother Inoquer [is also] a full Winnebago Woman." (Waggoner, 29a)

Death

Narcisse Levaque said, "the said Ho. no. we. gah was the reputed daughter of a full blooded Winnebago, then [1829] deceased, but generally known by the name of the Blacksmith: her mother was also dead …" (Waggoner, 28a)

"Stephen Mack of Pecatonic, Winebago County, State of Illinois being sworn saith that ... The mother of Deponent’s wife was a full Blood Winebago woman, has been dead Several years." (Waggoner, 25a)
