1st married Jack Lyons Morrow, 18 Aug 1940 at Rensselaer, Indiana. A football player who transferred to Lafayette, Indiana his senior year of high School. He was born in Pennsylvania the son of Clyde Morrow. Soon after the twin sons were born in Jasper City. Hospital, Jack and Dorthy were divorced. Apparently, her grandfather, John Sperb had told his daughter they didn't need to live as poorly as they were. Jack may have been a paratrooper during World War II.[1]
According to records from the Lafayette newspaper, Dorothy married Dean G. Elmore on August 23, 1946 .
