She married James Lamb, Jr. on 5 February 1820 at Leeds, Maine. The Marriage record states a marriage intention was filed 5 February 1820. James is listed as being age 18, born at Leeds, Maine and Lillis age 22, born at Littleborough Plantation, both residents of Leeds. Records indicate that she was divorced from James Lamb about 1862 when she went to live with her unmarried son Luther. James is on record as living with a younger couple named Lombard. She is listed as being his wife on his 1875 death record. They were the parents of five known children.
