Biography
Andrew was born in 1876. He is the son of Thomas Fleming and Helen Frew. In 1881, at age 5, Andrew is living in Strathaven with his Grandmother Ellen Frew, his Aunt Margaret age 25, and his older brother Archibald age 15. In 1891, Andrew is age 15, and he is living in the Fleming family home in Commercial Road, Browns Land No.2, with his mother, grandmother Ellen Frew ( a silkwinder) age 78, and his siblings, Thomas age 17, and James age 9. Andrew is an Apprentice Printer. In 1901, Andrew is married to Mary, and they are living at 2 Marchmont Terrace in Shettleston, Lanarkshire.
