Andrew Fleming was born in Scotland.

Andrew Fergusson Fleming was born on the 9th of November, 1858, in Wood of Auchenland, Wigtownshire, Scotland, United Scotland, the 8th of 12 children of John Taylor Fleming and Letitia Elizabeth Fergusson.[1]

At 1, on the 25th of June, 1860, his brother George Fergusson Fleming was born in Penninghame Parish, Wigtownshire, Scotland, United Kingdom.

At 2, in 1861, he was at Coat House, Barnkirk, Newton Stewart, Wigtownshire, with his family.[2]

At 3, on the 8th of October, 1862, his sister Mary Ann Margaret Fleming was born in Minnigaff, Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland, United Kingdom.[citation needed]

At 5, on the 13th of December, 1863, his brother James Fleming was born in Penninghame Parish, Wigtownshire, Scotland, United Kingdom.[3]

At 6, on the 10th of May, 1865, his sister Susannah Fleming was born in Penninghame Parish, Wigtownshire, Scotland, United Kingdom.[4]

At 12, in 1871, he was living at 34 Albert Street, Newton Stewart, Wigtownshire with his family.[5]

At 76, in 1935, his daughter Mary Fleming died in South Australia, Australia, at 41.[citation needed]

At 77, on the 20th of March, 1936, his brother John Fleming died in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia, at 80.[12]
