Biography
Robert was born in 1870. He was the son of John Fleming and Lillias (Corbett) Fleming.[1]
After some years gold digging in Western Australia, he came to the Kyogle district in 1904, purchasing a 300 acre property named "Greenwood" at West Wiangaree with his brother William.[2]
Robert was a bachelor, and lived for some time with his sister Bessie.[2]
He took an interest in sport, especially cricket and horse racing.[2]
He died on 9th February 1938 at his home, aged 67 years,[3] and is buried in the Kyogle cemetery.[2]
