Mary Flynt, was the daughter of the Rev Roger Flynt of Ludham and Rector of Runton, both co. Norfolk, and Margaret Trendle.[1]
Mary married William Donne of Letheringsett, co Norfolk, gent, born 1645, the son of Thomas Donne of Holt, co Norfolk, gent, and Anne.[1]

Mary's husband died, aged 39, on 8 November, 1684 and was buried at Letheringsett. His will was made 1 November, 1684, and proved at Norwich 18 November, 1684 by the Archbishop of Norwich. Mary was the executrix.[1] Mary was also the executrix to mother's will, 17 December, 1690.[1]
On William Donne's gravestone, impaled with his Arms "sable, on a chevron engrailed or, between three crescents ermine two lions combatant gules"[2]
