Benjamin Grigsby and Anne Foley married on September 5, 1727 in St. Paul's Parish, Virginia.[1]
Research Notes
If she was the daughter of Thomas Foley and Martha Bryant and born in 1676, she would be 51 years old when she married Benjamin Grigsby, and 59 years old when she had Benjamin II. There is evidence she married Benjamin Grigsby but not that she is the daughter of said parents or that she was the mother of Benjamin II. -Nelson-3486 01:23, 4 August 2016 (EDT)

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Anne by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Anne:
It is unlikely that Anne Foley b: 1675 is the same Ann Foley who married Benjamin Grigsby in 1727. The Grigsby Family Foundation indicates that Anne is probably the widow of Richard Foley and that her birth name is Leitch.
