John's child Julius Forsyth married Elizabeth Stapleton on 4 November 1871 in York, Ontario, Canada.[2] John's child Alfred Forsyth married Eliza Jane Castor on 8 June 1886 in York, Ontario, Canada.[3] John died on 24 April 1866 and was buried in Glasgow North Cemetery, Glasgow, Durham Regional Municipality, Ontario, Canada.[4]
