A. K. Foster appears as head of household on the 1840 census of Cass County, Georgia.[1]
He died before 06 Sep 1847, the date his sons William E. and Isaac as Administrators for the estate of Archillis Foster sold a negro girl slave named Mary Ann to Warren Akin at an auction in Cassville.[2][3]
