This looks like the right baptismal record, which would give the d.o.b. as 5 May 1805 but the surname is not very legible and does not look like Fouche. But see other spellings such as Voezee. So the mother's middle name should be Susanna.

Fouche-385 and Fouche-10 appear to represent the same person because: Clear duplicate
What is the source for the rather exact birth date of 26 June 1805 and the surname Fouche? Also please see baptism record referred to in a comment on Lessing-61. The question of whether a merge is justified needs to be reconsidered.

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSV8-D9L9-H This may be the baptism record on which De Villiers (vol 1 p240) bases his entry d6e8 for Cornelia Etheresia Fouche. Note that the mother's name on the register is Martha Susanna Lessing. There is a birth date too: 5 May 1805.

Fouche-10 and Lessing-61 are not ready to be merged because: Lesssing might be from a former spouse of the wife (mother of this person). Multiple marriages were common in those day - up to five even six in one lifetime. Although they seem like duplicates, this needs further investigation. Also the source of Lessing-61 has many times been proven faulty in the past. So this needs careful research.

Fouche-10 and Lessing-61 appear to represent the same person because: Why LNAB Lessing, while fathers name is Fouche?
