Biography

Charles was born May 6, 1909 in Handley, West Virginia to Charles and Carrie Dunaway Fout. He was the oldest child born to the couple.

He grew up in Kanawha County, West Virginia. He worked as a clerk and then a brakeman for the C&O Railroad, the same railroad that his father worked for. He registered for the WWII draft, serving as a private in the United States Army.

There are no sources found so far in regards to any marriages or children.

Charles died on August 6, 1908 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is buried in the Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi, Mississippi.
