Biography
Rebecca was born about 1794 in what is now Giles County, Tennessee, daughter of Marshall Franks & Martha Unknown. She passed away in 1865 in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. She is buried at Atkins Cemetery, Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. [1]
By 1860, in Claiborne, Rebecca was living with her son William Bluford Atkins and his family. [2]
