Biography
Mary Elizabeth "Polly" Frazier was born in June 1795 in Montgomery County, Virginia, the child of Micajah and Susan. She married Samuel Webb on May 29, 1809, in Greenup, Kentucky. They had five children during their marriage. She died in 1894 in Wayne, West Virginia, at the impressive age of 99.
