Biography

John Frazier (Frashier) and his wife, Elizabeth, signed a permission for marriage between their daughter, Nancy, to Evan Galaspy (Glaspa) on 16 Mar 1789 in Franklin County, Virginia. A copy of it is found on the memorial page for Evan Galaspy. [1]
