Biography

Anderson was born in 1824. He married a Mahala ___ in about 1849, to Telitha Barnett, daughter of Joshua Barnett in 1855. Telitha did not have any children. I see no evidence of children from the marriage to Mahala. Anderson passed away in 1907 and is buried in the Piney Grove Cemetery in McCreary County, Kentucky. ^[1]

Note: Something is wrong with this profile. Possibly the wrong wives attached?? There was a Anderson S Freeman that died in Whitley Co in 1846. I saw the probate. But he cant marry if he is dead. Also his death date is the same as his marriage date to Mahala….But checking records, in 1846 a Mahala Parker married a 'Andrew Freeman'. In 1850 census for Anderson, it says they were married within the year. Might be wrong Mahala attached. Making some changes to profile. Changed his birth year. Removed old death date.
