What a wonderful will! Thanks so much for sharing it, Steve.
There's one record on Ancestry of a court case in VA, Augusta Co, abt 1800, where a Bartholomew Fryatt had gone from VA to OH with a couple of horses belonging to another gentleman! Since my William Fryatt was born in OH in 1832, perhaps I will eventually get to VA. I suppose there's even a chance that my William was named after poor William mentioned in the will.
Is Rosanna your Fryatt ancestor?
