The Blue People of troublesome Creek story is NOT about this Martin Fugate and should be removed, along with an explanation to clear up the confusion. This referenced story is about a Martin Fugate that was born 50 years later, married a different woman, lived in another place and had different parents. These two Martins have been repeatedly conflated on all on-line sites although none of their information is the same.
