Henry was born before 1837. He was the son of William Fulcher and Mary Payne. He passed away before 1878.
In 1841 Henry is in a house containing Martha Harcus 56, George Harcus 27, Henry and Isabella Payne both aged 23, then John Harcus 20 and 4 year old Henry Fulcher (The street may be Falkirk?) Henry was a shipwright as was his father William, Henry was residing at 17 Rhodeswell Road, Harriet was daughter of Charles Clewitt a ships steward, she was residing at 16 Martha Street, John Fulcher and Emma Clewitt were the witnesses. In 1871 with wife and 5 children Henry is with his father in St Anne's Parish, Limehouse. It appears that Henry and Harriet died within a short time of each other Harriet 1c242 and Henry 1c247 Whitechapel. Henry died 1st of June in London Hospital Whitechapel, from Phithisis, he was aged 41 and a shipwright. The informant was some one from the hospital.
