1810 Federal Census, North Carolina, Franklin County, page 93 Jones Fuller 1 male 10-15, 1 male 16-25, and 1 male over 45, 2 females 10-15, 1 female 26-44

In the 1810 Census of Franklin Co., there are a number of Fullers: Wiliam (p. 78), Ezekiel (pgs 87 and 910, John and Jones. Only John and Jones had young daughters: John 2 under 10, 1 10-15, and Jones 2 10-15. If Frances was born in 1802, as shown by the 1850 census, she would have been under 10. The trees for Jones show Frances born 1797. Is it possible John was her father? The complete record for John is 2 males under 10, 2 10-15, 1 26-44, 2 females under 10, 1 10-15, and 1 26-44. If all under 26 are children, this would indicate John married about before 1798 and that he was born 1782.
