Biography

First marriage to Joseph Peduzoli on August 7, 1922. No marriage record found yet for Peter Carangelo (2nd marriage) . Maude is buried in St. Peters cemetery, Catskill, NY

The 1930 Census shows Maude living with Peter Carangelo and lists the four oldest daughters. The newspaper obit, available on Find-a-Grave, for her father Louis E. Gagnon lists his surviving children, among them a "Maude Pederzolli". Apparently Maude was still married to Joseph Pederzolli as of March 1930, so it is likely her that all of her children up to this point were Pederzollis. This surname (Gagnon) has multiple spellings. The 1940 Census says "Gaugan", I have since seen "Gonyer", "Gonyeau", "Goggin", and numerous others.

Maude's middle name was likely Cary (also spelled Cery, Carey, and Cesy) after her mothers name.
