Mary Ella Gallaher was born 30 June 1871 in Seguin, Guadalupe County, Texas. [1] She was the daughter of Stephen Gallaher and Emma Threet Bledsoe. She married Carl Eduard “Charles” Tips. She passed away 26 November 1963 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. [2] She was interred in San Geronimo Cemetery, Seguin, Guadalupe County, Texas. [1]
