Étienne Gallant, 1776 - 1832 Étienne Gallant was born in 1776, at birth place, to Jean-François Gallant and Agnès Gallant (born Doucet). Jean-François was born on April 6 1742, in Port Lajoie, Ile Saint-Jean, PEI, Canada. Agnès was born in 1747, in Malpeque, PEI, Canada.
Étienne had 8 siblings: Amand Gallant, Nicolas Gallant and 6 other siblings. Étienne married Madeleine Gallant (born Arsenault) in 1798, at age 22 at marriage place. Madeleine was born circa 1776, in Rustico, Queens, Prince Edward Island, Canada. They had 7 children: Chrysostôme Gallant, Romain Gallant and 5 other children. Étienne passed away in After 1832, at age 56.
