Funeral services for Willie Mae Prazak, 74, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, at the Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Wallis. Interment will be held at the Guardian Angel Mausoleum. Visitation will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 18, with a rosary beginning at 8 p.m. at the Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Wallis.
She was born Willie Mae Gallia on Aug. 22, 1925 to parents, Vince and Mary Uhyrek Gallia. She was a member of the KJZT, the KJT Association, and a member of the Guardian Angel Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Vencil H. Prazak; and three brothers.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Rose and John Dirba of Sealy, Cheryl and Dwayne Engelhardt of Wallis, Marilyn and Frank Jedlicka of East Bernard, Carol and Don Malone of Pledger; sons and daughters-in-law, Johnnie and Sharlene Prazak of Eagle Lake, Vencil F. and Lorine Prazak of East Bernard; a sister, Mary Marling; brothers, George Gallia and his wife, Tillie, of Wharton, Jerry Gallia and his wife, Jeanie, of Wallis; sixteen grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Knox Memorial Library in Wallis.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Knesek and Sons Funeral Home in Wallis.
