Meredith Gargis was born on December 10, 1879 in Franklin County, Alabama to Henry Gargis and Nancy King.[1]
Meredith married Eliza King before 1872.
Eliza died in 1895.
On June 4, 1895, Meredith married Annie Nesmith in Lawrence County, Alabama.[2]
Meredith died on October 12, 1941 in Sheffield, Alabama.[3][1]
He is buried in the Gargis Cemetery in Lawrence County, Alabama.[4]
