Biography
Joseph was born in 1802. Joseph Garner ... He passed away in 1860. [1]
In book, "Garner Keene Families of Northern Neck Virginia", page 120 "James Garner--died while quite young and was buried on John F. Garner's farm in Tennessee."
In his will James Garner names Joseph Garner as one of his sons; he also states that Joseph married Rebecca West.
